STRATEGY
Aquasia has established the Aquasia Growth Equity Funds strategy (AGEF) to provide investors access to unique, private equity opportunities through Aquasia’s network.
AGEF identifies opportunities to invest in privately owned companies with compelling expansion plans, high calibre management teams and clear exit strategies. Aquasia seeks to actively manage investments and leverage its corporate finance capabilities to assist with investee’s growth strategy, transactions, corporate governance and preparation for exit.
AGEF is designed for wholesale investors who wish to have exposure to private equity assets and a medium to long term time horizon. Each investment will be held in a unique fund, providing flexibility for investors and companies.
