ABOUT

The Aquasia Residual Stock Fund seeks to create a portfolio of Australian residential loan assets that is diversified by geography and underlying asset type, with a focus on residential residual stock.

The Fund is designed for wholesale investors who wish to have exposure to such assets and who are looking for returns in the Target Return Range of 7% to 9% (net of fees). Given the expected short-dated nature of the Fund’s assets, the Fund is most suited for investors who have an investment horizon of 12-18 months.

Types of Investments: While it is intended that the focus of the fund will be investments in residential residual stock loans, the fund may also invest in residential bridging loans. The fund may hold excess cash reserves in cash, cash equivalents, RMBS or liquid investment grade funds.
