• Joann has over 15 years experience providing clients with Corporate Finance advice.  Before joining Aquasia in 2011, Joann was at Royal Bank of Scotland Australia where she was a Sector Head in the Investment Banking Group, responsible for coverage of Private Equity clients
   
• Joann has advised clients on a range of transactions including public takeovers, takeover defence, private treaty acquisitions and divestments as well as capital raisings
   
• Joann’s experience also includes 6 years in assurance based roles, most notably in the audit division at pwc in Sydney, London and Frankfurt
   
• Joann is a Chartered Accountant, Graduate of the AICD and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of NSW and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from Finsia
